BSAcustompatches.com Instructions - How To Place An Order

    • Once your customer has received their quote and would like to place an order, you must sign back into www.bsacustompatches.com by clicking the Get a New Quote link.
    • Login using your provided username and password.
    • Once logged in, you will see the screen below that allows you to preview existing quotes or generate a new quote.
    • For ordering, you will have to determine the correct quote for reference.
    • (in this case, we will use the Mecklenberg County Council Pinewood Derby)
    • To view the quote details, simply click on the number of the corresponding quote.
    • If changes are needed, you can make them now and generate an updated quoteĐif no changesgo to step 10.
    • (any information that was previously submitted can be changed and new quote pricing generated, refer to Quote Page Help if additional assistance is needed)
    • If changes are needed in the Add/Edit Quote table (Event Date, Shape, Width, Height, Description or Wholesale/Retail price), but not in the Quote Detail table, make necessary changes, click submit in the Add/Edit Quote table, then click submit on the Quote Detail table and new pricing will show.
    • Changed from Wholesale to Retail:
    • If changes needed are in the Quote Detail table (Pieces, Embroidery, Colors (1-9 colors will have the same price), Add-Ons (Metallic Thread, Button Loop, Key Fob/Chain, Metallic Border) or Border Type), but not in the Add/Edit Quote table, make necessary changes, click submit on the Quote Detail table and new pricing will show.
    • Changed number of pieces from 100 to 500
    • If changes are needed in the Add/Edit Quote table (Event Date, Shape, Width, Height, Description or Wholesale/Retail price) and the Quote Detail table (Pieces, Embroidery, Colors (1-9 colors will have the same price), Add-Ons (Metallic Thread, Button Loop, Key Fob/Chain, Metallic Border) or Border Type), make necessary changes in the Add/Edit Quote Table, click submit, then make necessary changes in the Quote Detail table, click submit and new pricing will show.
    • Changed Wholesale to Retail and Pieces from 100 to 500
    • If no changes are necessary, click submit on the Quote Detail table
    • Your original quote will be shown
    • An email should be generated to BSAteam@abemblem.com with the following information:
      1. Quote number_format
      2. Event Date
      3. Quantity
      4. Price
      5. Description
      6. Artwork or Design Ideas, shipping address (if different from Scout Shop address)
    • For Scout Shops:
  1. The order is setup as a custom item in SellWise
  2. A confirmation email will be sent to the Store Manager and to BSA (for PO management) once the order is received by A-B Emblem
  3. The order is processed and fulfilled by A-B Emblem, then drop-shipped to the Scout Shop (or updated address if provided during the ordering process) on record for that order.
  4. The Scout Shop receives the order in Sellwise and notifies the customer.
  5. The customer picks up the order.
